Attribute		A well defined piece of information about a user that is transmitted to enable attribute based access control.

Security Policy		A set of rules or controls that is inteded to enforce security requirements for an organization or a system.
Service Provider	SP	A system that provides a user with some service capability, requently within Federated ICAM implementations. A service provider is the Federated ICAM counterpart to an identity provider.
