Requirements for performing periodic redress mechanism audits.

1 Redress Audits (RedressAudits) Does the CSP perform audits and reviews of it's redress system? Artifact Documentation Provide details and/or copies of the documentation the CSP has for its redress methodology; link to the process. Parameter Max Time^required NUMBER : The maximum time in months between audits/reviews of redress events.

Redress Audits The CSP SHALL review its redress mechanisms at least every 12 months and assess their efficacy in achieving resolution of complaints or problems, implementing corrective action when efficacy falls below defined thresholds of performance or accomplishment.
