The requirements for a CSP to adhere to special rules when identity proofing minors.

1 Legal Rules for Minors (LegalRulesforMinors) Does the CSP document policies and prctices for how it complies with all applicable laws and regulations concerning interacting with minors? (for example COPPA the Child Online Privacy Protection Act as applies to children under the age of 13) Artifact Documentation Provide policies, practices, or existing security audit reports indicating conformance.

Legal Rules for Minors The CSP SHALL document and apply policies and practices which show that it identifies and complies with all applicable laws and regulations, concerning interacting with minors unable to meet the evidence requirements of identity proofing.
